Growth at the firm is largely organic and we pride ourselves in the training experience we can offer young professionals, which is borne out by the number of trainees who remain with the firm on qualification.

In addition Park Woodfine Heald Mellows supports paralegal development through such routes as ILEX and Licensed Conveyancers.

For support staff who may start in a secretarial or administrative capacity there is also the opportunity to progress into a fee earning role as either a solicitor or paralegal. Whilst this is not possible in all cases, the firm endeavours to assist all employees with a desire to grow and develop.
