Lindsay joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP in 1990 and has headed the accounts department for the past 8 years. With Lindsay's experience in finance, she brings valuable skills to the management team.

Lindsay assists the Managing Partner with the development and implementation of the strategic direction of the firm as well as heading up the busy finance deprtment.

In her spare time she enjoys running, keeping fit - describing herself as a definite 'outdoorsy' type!

Mel graduated from university with a first class honours degree. She then studied at the College of Law, London in 2004 before being admitted as a solicitor in 2006, having completed her training with the firm.

Mel specialises in commercial property law, Landlord and Tenant advice, site acquisitions and disposals and the sale and purchase of small businesses.

Mel is currently focused on the development of Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP business strategy in conjunction with the Managing Partner.

Mel's professional yet friendly approach is appreciated by clients and contacts alike. In her spare time Mel enjoys walking and keeping up with her energetic three year old son. Mel is secretary of Henlow's pre-school committee and Parish Plan action group.

Beverley Tredget, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development, joined the management team of Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP in August 2005. Prior to her appointment Beverley had worked for 5 years as a Personnel Consultant in the Education Sector, supporting both Primary and Secondary schools around the country. Beverley also has experience of Health and Safety Services Management.

In addition to Beverley's role as the firm's HR manager, she works in conjunction with our employment team providing HR Consultancy services to clients.

Beverley is married with two children and enjoys foreign travel, fell walking and is an active member of Bedford Harriers A.C.
