Kiall Bagnell
Kiall joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP in August 2006 and is currently undertaking his training in the Commercial Department specialising in company law, commercial property law, employment law and commercial litigation in the Bedford Office.
He regularly plays football for a local team, and also enjoys playing golf, badminton and tennis.

Tina Batten
Tina joined the Heald Conveyancing team in 1999. She specialises in residential property.
She enjoys reading, dance, cinema, and devotes much of her spare time to voluntary work for a cats protection charity.

Nick Feazey
Nick joined a local firm of solicitors from school and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1986. He joined Mellows (who later merged with Heald) in 1996. He specialises in residential property.
Nick is a football fan and describes himself as 'a fishing nut'.

Rose Fisher
Rose joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP in 2005. She specialises in Wills, Probate, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
In her spare time she is a keen boater and skippers a cruiser on the River Ouse, she also sings in various local choirs.

Nicola Gibbs
Nicola graduated in 2005 from Nottingham Law School, and joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP in 2006.
In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, watching rugby, socialising with friends and retail therapy.

Michael Hardy
Michael Joined Heald in 1994 and specialises in residential property, Wills, trusts and tax.
In his spare time he enjoys playing badminton and other sporting activities.

Adrian Horner
Adrian has worked in the legal profession for over 40 years dealing predominantly with commercial property.
His work has involved landlord and tenant instructions, development, town planning - retail warehouses, Superstores and shopping centres. He has also dealt with large office blocks in the City and Westminster.

Jemma Izzard
Jemma studied law at the University of Hertfordshire and at the College of Law in London. She qualified as a solicitor in March 2006. She works in family law specialising in divorce, financial matters, children issues, domestic violence and separation. She is a member of Resolution and serves on the South Midlands committee.
In her spare time she enjoys snowboarding and enjoys trips to the cinema, socialising with friends and travelling.

Simon Jones
Simon graduated from University College Northampton in 2000, he joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP in 2002.
He is currently studying for the Institute of Legal Executives examinations.
In his spare time he enjoys going to the gym, motoring, scuba diving and gliding.

Mel Lawrence
Mel graduated from the College of Law, London in 2004 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2006. She specialises in commercial property law.
Her work has involved landlord and tenant instructions, site acquisitions and disposals and the sale and purchase of small businesses.
In her spare time Mel enjoys walking, cycling and spending time with her family.

Lesley Milne
Lesley specialises in commercial litigation and is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
Over the years her profile has expanded to include commercial contract disputes and building disputes. She also deals with commercial property litigation matters for landlords and tenants and residential possession cases.
In her spare time she enjoys the cinema and sampling fine food.

Christine Quinlan
Christine joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows in April 2003. Christine has a special interest in care proceedings, and became a member of the Law Society's Children panel in May 2006.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling and walking the dog with occasional visits to the gym.

Melany Rampal
Melany won the Law Society Client Interviewing & Advising Competition in 2002. Her career began with work on The Victoria Climbié Inquiry, followed by time in the in-house legal department at Renault UK and with Reed Solicitors in Horsham. She joined Heald in 2004 and specialises in Wills and Trusts.
In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis, cycling, reading and watching Tottenham Hotspur.

Diane Reid
Diane joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows in June 2004 , and has specialised in Family Law for over 20 years with particular emphasis on ancillary relief and Children Act proceedings, both Private and Public law. She has been a member of Resolution.
In her spare time she enjoys windsurfing, gardening and travel.

Nicola Sanders
Nicola joined Mellows in 2001 and stayed with Heald after Heald and Mellows merged in 2004. She specialises in Wills, trusts and tax.
In her spare time she is involved in her local school's PTA and she is a Brownies and Beaver Scouts helper.

Kelly Wedge
Kelly joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP conveyancing team in April 2003 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
In her spare time she enjoys visits to the gym, skiing, cooking, reading, travelling and socialising.

Bryan Wetherilt
Bryan joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP in 1975. He specialises in residential conveyancing but has worked for several years as part of the commercial property department.
He is Vice -Chair of Governors and Chair Person of Premises Sub-Committee at a lower school in Bedford. He lives with his wife and 2 children and enjoys outdoor activities.

Peter Wilton
Peter graduated from Staffordshire University and joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP in 2003. He specialises in Wills and Probate.
In his spare time he enjoys running and martial arts.

Nichola Poole
Poole Property Lawyers
Nichola worked at Park Woodfine Heald Mellows before starting Poole Property Lawyers. She has over 20 years experience of Property law, and is highly respected for the service that is offered to both clients and agents.
In her spare time she enjoys playing in goal for her hockey club, travelling and socialising.
Sukhjit Brar
Sukhjit graduated in 2006 from the University of Birmingham and joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP in September 2007, currently undertaking his training in the Commercial Department specialising in corporate, company commercial law, and commercial property law
In his spare time he enjoys playing cricket, travelling and socialising.
Claire Yates
Claire joined Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP in September 2007 and is starting her training in the Conveyancing Department, moving onto Civil in March and spending her final year in the Commercial Department before qualifying.
In her spare time she enjoys rowing, going to the gym and socialising with friends.
Jane Young
Jane has qualified as a barrister and is a member of the Middle Temple and is head of the Employment Law Department. She comes from an in house commercial background.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling, painting and playing with her grandchildren.
