Anthony completed his law degree at Nottingham Trent University in 2009 and has recently joined the Commercial Litigation team here at Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP as a paralegal. Anthony is also currently undertaking studies in Canadian Law which will enable him to practice in both Canadian and UK jurisdictions in the future.
Anthony specialises in debt recovery within the Commercial Litigation team.
In his spare time Anthony enjoys playing ice hockey and swimming at the gym. He also likes travelling, snowboarding and is a large BMW Motorsport enthusiast.

Anna completed her Legal Practice Course on a part time basis whilst gaining valuable practical experience as a full time legal secretary, working in a diverse range of disciplines including family law, criminal law, conveyancing, wills and probate and civil litigation.
Anna is one of the firm's trainee solicitors currently training in the Wills, Trusts and Probate department at Bedford, having completed her first seat with the Civil Litigation team in Northampton and her second seat with Family in Bedford.
Anna will qualify as a solicitor in May 2010.
Outside of work Anna is a keen runner and also enjoys badminton, swimming and occasionally indoor climbing as well as spending time with family and friends.

Lesley has over 25 years' experience in her specialism, commercial and property litigation.
Over the years her commercial litigation profile has expanded to include commercial contract disputes, director, shareholder and partnership disputes, as well as passing off and intellectual property disputes. Her property litigation portfolio includes construction and boundary disputes, problems between landlords and tenants and possession cases.
Lesley is keen to settle disputes through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. She recognises that litigation through the Courts is is not always the most cost effective way of resolving a problem - although she equally recognises that sometimes it is the only way!

Peter deals with all aspects of Will drafting and administers estates, both where the deceased has left a will and where he or she has died intestate. This includes completing all necessary formalities with HM Revenue & Customs where Inheritance Tax is payable.
