The Employment Team at Park Woodfine specialises in all aspects of Employment Law. We regularly advise on contentious matters including wrongful and unfair dismissal, sex, race and disability discrimination, redundancy, confidential information, trade secrets and restrictive covenants.
Non-contentious areas of advice include recruitment, offers of employment or engagement, directors service agreements, terms and conditions of employment, handbooks, consultancy agreements. We also provide corporate support in respect to employment issues arising from company mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
We maintain an up to date precedent bank and can provide draft policies on issues such as equal opportunities, health and safety, disciplinary and grievance, internet and e-mail and sickness absence management.
