Wills:

We will provide a Will designed to deal with your specific needs to include inheritance tax planning, setting up trusts and providing for loved ones or Charity

Our costs start from:    £125 + VAT for a single basic Will

                                          £175 + VAT for basic mirror Wills

                                          £275 + VAT for a single Discretionary Trust Will

                                          £350 + VAT for mirror Discretionary Trust Wills

 We would recommend that you review your Will every 5 years to ensure your needs are met.

 As part of your review of your personal affairs, we would also recommend a Lasting Power of Attorney.

Probate:

We charge an hourly rate. We do not charge a percentage of the estate so you can be sure we only charge for work we actually do. Our hourly rate is £190 + VAT

We will also incur external costs suchas:

 Probate Court Fee                                           £45

 Sealed Copies of the Grant                           £1 each

 Commissioners Fees (intestacy)                £5 each

 Commissioners Fees                                   £7 each (plus £2 per Codicil)

Lasting Powers of Attorney:

Solicitor’s Fees:            Drafting LPA                  £375 plus VAT per document

                                         Registering LPA           £175 plus VAT per document

Court Fees:                    Registration Fee          £130 per document

                                         Payable to the “Office of the Public Guardian”
