How to Make your Will with us:-
If you would like to make a Will and receive a full estimate of costs, please complete and return our Will Questionnaire. We are happy to receive your questionnaire by email or alternatively you can print and complete the form and bring it to your first meeting with us.
On receipt of your Will Questionnaire, a member of our Wills & Probate team will contact you to discuss final costs. At that time you may decide whether you wish to proceed with making your Will.
If you wish to proceed with making your Will a member of our Wills & Probate team will invite you to visit our offices so we may take your full instructions and offer any advice required.
After your meeting with a member of our Wills & Probate team, a draft Will will be prepared for your approval.
Once you have read through your draft Will, if you need any amendments, you will be asked to contact the team member who prepared the Will to discuss those amendments. If, however, you are happy with the draft Will, you will be invited to visit our offices to sign your Will.
Please note: We can offer safe storage of your Will.
