The cost of  residential or care home accommodation is becoming an increasing worry for many people.

Just as important, for the relatives of the elderly is the contract that the Care Home may want a prospective resident, or even his or her relatives, to sign. These can be intimidating documents but are legally binding agreements and should not be signed without advice.

Costs: We charge £200 per hour plus VAT. In most cases, we expect advising to take between 1 and 2 hours.
