From the day you contact us, we will endeavour to make your move as efficient and stress free as possible. We will ensure that the title to the property is suitable for you. The process involved in a purchase will be explained to you at the outset so you may follow and understand the work we are undertaking for you.
We will approve the Contract for purchase, investigate title and make searches and raise with the Sellers solicitors pertinent enquiries about the property. We will ensure that you understand the documents and will discuss them with you before you sign.
As your purchase moves forward we will keep you informed of the progress being made on your case. You are free to withdraw from your purchase at any time up to excxhange of contracts. At exchange the contract becomes binding upon you and your seller and at this stage a completion date is fixed. This date will be discussed with you prior to exchange.
After exchange you can make your removal arrangements. We will report to your lender and obtain your mortgage money for completion and prepare a detailed financial statement. Following completion we will register your purchase at the Land Registry and forward a copy of your deeds to you.
