Work Place Accidents

There is a great range of accidents at work.  Park Woodfine Heald Mellows are familiar with many work places due to Ian Pears having been a union solicitor in the past. 

Accidents can include injuries from machines, tripping and slipping, being hit by vehicles operated by colleagues.

We will liaise with the Health & Safety Executive or local Environmental Health if they have investigated the accident and, if a prosecution is to take place, will have someone attend the Court so a note of the evidence can be obtained.  If there is an inquest we will attend on your behalf.
