Industrial disease can include asbestosis, noise induced deafness, and work related upper limb disorders (formerly known as repetitive strain injuries).  All inevitably involve a very detailed analysis of your work, your work history and your medical history.

Generally claims have to be brought within 3 years of an act of negligence, but in these cases it will be 3 years from the date of knowledge.
