Personal Injury
Defective Products or Food Poisoning
If you are injured by a defective product or by food poisoning then your case can be a little difficult to prove. While we will liaise with Trading Standards and/or local Environmental Health, we will need to know as much as we can about the product.
In the case of a defective product we will need to know who purchased it, when and from where. Can you prove it? Do you have the manufacturer’s instructions still? Has the product been tampered with in any way?
In the case of food poisoning, we will need to know precisely what you ate and where and with whom for 48 hours prior to symptoms. We will want to know if there is anyone else similarly affected.
