New Growth at Park Woodfine Heald Mellows
Park Woodfine Heald Mellows LLP is pleased to announce that Claire Yates has joined the Employment Law Team here at the Firm. Claire was admitted as a solicitor on the 15th September 2009 having successfully completed a training contract with the Firm.
Claire graduated from Hull University in 2006 with a 2:1 in law. She went on to complete the Legal Practice Course in Chester in 2007 before joining the Firm as a trainee. Claire completed her training within the Property and Commercial Departments completing seats in the commercial litigation, company commercial, employment and conveyancing teams. She especially enjoyed her time working with the Employment Team and now specialises in Employment Law.
Claire's enthusiasm and experience in the Commercial and Property Teams with the firm have proved invaluable and she will be a valuable asset to the Firm. Claire played a major role in the Employment Team's recent Tribunal success (see article 'Employment Team Hit the Headlines') – a great achievement so early on in her career.
Head of Commercial, Garry Dannan says: 'Claire is a caring and compassionate person who will give all her best for clients.'
Since qualifying, Claire has taken a role in assisting the firm's marketing team and has written several articles relating to Employment Law including recent updates.
