‘How to Manage Employees Under the New Employment Act' - 29th April 2009 (7:15am – 8:30am)

From the 6th of April 2009, the Government is changing the way we deal with discipline, dismissal and grievance issues at work.
The new Acas Code is an intergral part of this new regime under the Employment Act 2008 which will be replacing the current Statutory Dispute Resolution Procedures under the existing Employment Act 2002.
The key important changes will be discussed in detail at the seminar, including the new Acas Code and the consequences of failing to follow the correct procedures under the new regime and the implications for redundancy dismissals .
