New Business Packages

We offer the following packages to ensure you don't get held up with red tape when you want to get on with launching your new venture.

New Business Consultation: includes initial advice about the best structure for your business and documentation that may be necessary to govern your business. A 60 minute consultation will cost £60.00 plus VAT.

Complete small business support: includes company formation or partnership agreement, terms and conditions of business, policies and procedures handbook, initial employment contracts, payroll support and debt recovery. We offer very competitive prices for each element of this package.

Registered Office: if you simply need a registered office, perhaps in a town centre location, this package is ideal for you. The cost of this is just £100.00 per year.

Company Secretary Package– keeping company records, ensuring that company records are up to date and filing annual returns. The cost for this is £250.00 per year.
