Whether you have in place documentation to make your chosen business structure work for you, such as partnership or LLP agreements, shareholder agreements and whether the Articles of the company reflect your business needs now and for the future.

You may have terms and conditions for the sale of goods or services but do you need terms and conditions for your website?

Whether you have the correct polices and procedures in place to govern data protection issues as well as protecting your intellectual property.

You may not need all of these to start with. We will advise on which are essential and which can come later.
