It is now possible to buy commercial property into a pension scheme. We have seen a real increase in the number of investors taking advantage of this scheme and have all the necessary experience to guide you through the buying process.

Often company directors choose to purchase their commercial premises through their pension and then lease the property back to the company. The property is then owned by the pension fund and the rental income is also invested.
