Putting the Debtor on notice
At only £50.00 + VAT, a letter of claim demands will set out your position and demand payment within 7 to 14 days. If this doesn’t work, Court proceedings can be prepared. Our charges vary depending on the size of the debt involved.
A letter of claim will often draw out a response from the debtor, thereby avoiding the need for Court proceedings to be issued.
As part of the service available to you, we can calculate statutory/late payment interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998 and compensation from the due date of each invoice.
The team will also check your entitlement to payment of any contractual interest due pursuant to the terms of any written or verbal agreement.
