Local Lawyers in Schools

10 of our lawyers teamed up with Biddenham Uppoer School to take part in a scheme called 'Local Lawyers in Schools' which has been developed by the Citizenship Foundation. The lawyers visited the schoole between March and April 2011 and facilitated discussions and debates with the students on a range of topics including employment law, human rights and powers of the police. The students enjoyed the interactive nature of the sessions and were more than willing to contribute to discussions. The scheme was a huge success.
